Disposable disaggregator with 50µm separator screen
The Medicon Max is a disposable disaggregator with 50µm separator screens. Like the Medicon it has a high-density polyethylene casing and can be sterile and non-sterile.
The stainless steel inner is made up of a fixed screen with about 250 hexagonal bore-holes, around each of which there are 6 microblades. It requires a 16 ml liquid solution.
Disposable filter for separating cells and nuclei
The Filcons-Max, a disposable filter for separating cells and nuclei, has a porous membrane with an effective surface area of 660 mm2, enabling larger quantities of cell suspensions to be filtered than with the Filcons.
The microporous polyethylene funnel section is designed to pass the biological material to be retrieved while trapping waste particles over 1.5μm in size.
Filcons-Max are only available as cup-type. They fit perfectly to 50 ml tubes. All packages contain 100 units. Non-sterile Filcon-Max are packed in 20 units/bag, sterile Filcon-Max are packed 1 unit/blister.

Sample preparation system for automated, mechanical disaggregation.
The Medimax system is a sample preparation system for the automated, mechanical disaggregation of solid animal or plant tissues for flow cytometric analysis, cell culture, or DNA amplification techniques.
The Medimax system makes tissue preparation safe and independent of operator technique and facilitates standardizing the preparation of all tissue types. Times and protocols can also be standardized across labs.
The Medimax system consists of three components: Medimax, Medicons, Medicons-Max, Filcons & Filcons Max. The compact Medimax unit is the heart of the system. It works with all types of Medicons and operates at a constant speed of approximately 80 rpm.
Single use homogenizer for samples up to 25 ml.

Disposable filter for separating cells and nuclei
Filcons are disposable filters for separating cells and nuclei. The porous membrane enables large quantities of cell suspensions to be filtered. The microporous polyethylene funnel is designed to pass the biological material while trapping waste particles.
There are two types of Filcons: a syringe-fitting form that can be used with either suction or compression, which works well for quantities over 5 mL, and a cup type that works well for lesser quantities.
Disposable disaggregator available with 35µm or 50µm separator screens
This disposable disaggregator is available with 35µm or 50µm separator screens. It has a high-density polyethylene casing and can be sterile and non-sterile. The internal mechanical part is in stainless steel and is made up of a fixed screen with about 100 hexagonal bore-holes, around each of which there are 6 microblades. It requires a 1 ml liquid solution.
Designed to provide both gentle tissue dissociation and fine homogenization.
The new COHORS® system is a universal, fully automated homogenising and grinding system for homogenization and extraction in one step. Unique designed vessels for disposable use complete the safe operation to avoid or even exclude cross-contamination and contacts with hazardous material. Typical applications are in the area of (residue) analysis in food, feed or other areas.
Disposable sample tubes with different volumes and grinding discs enable efficient homogenizations and extractions in the presence of a wide variety of aqueous and organic solvents. All tubes are chemically resistant and can be centrifuged. Tubes can be obtained in a non-sterile and a sterile (beta rays) version. Easy to use software completes a safe and reliable operation.
Fully Automated Homogenizer used in combination with single use consumables
FASTH21 is a Fully Automated Homogenizer used in combination with single-use consumables, providing high-quality results, especially for molecular analysis such as anti-virus, chemical residues, etc. It is particularly relevant to the detection and measurement of Xylella fastidiosa.
It is a fully automated system homogenising sample using FOODcon7 and Prypcons (disposable with proper adapter).
